Veyra AI may provide mobile applications, websites, AI video generation, image generation, audio direction, prompt tools, editing workflows, subscriptions, credits, documentation, support, and related digital products.

Features may be added, changed, suspended, limited, or discontinued at any time. We may impose limits to protect safety, performance, availability, billing accuracy, or legal compliance.

You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for activity under your credentials.

You must provide accurate information, protect your login methods, and promptly tell us about unauthorized access or security concerns.

Where an account is available, the app provides a self-service deletion option in the account, profile, or settings area. Deletion is subject to lawful exceptions described in the Privacy Policy.

Paid features may be offered through subscriptions, credits, one-time purchases, promotional grants, marketplace purchases, or other purchase models.

Credits and entitlements may be limited by plan, platform, region, expiration, refund status, abuse controls, technical availability, and product rules shown at checkout or in the app.

Mobile purchases may be processed by Google Play or Apple App Store. Their purchase, renewal, cancellation, tax, payment, and refund rules may apply in addition to these Terms.

You retain rights you have in prompts, uploads, projects, and other content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use that content to provide and improve the Services.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, offensive, or similar to third-party content. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using, sharing, publishing, or relying on them.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed for prompts, uploads, references, music, images, videos, voices, likenesses, trademarks, or other materials you provide.

You may not use the Services in a way that is illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or disruptive.

• Violate laws, regulations, third-party rights, marketplace rules, or platform policies
• Create or distribute non-consensual intimate content, sexual content involving minors, exploitative content, or unlawful harassment
• Impersonate others, mislead people about synthetic media, or create deceptive content that causes harm
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, overload systems, scrape the Services, or bypass security controls
• Use the Services to generate spam, scams, fraud, phishing, or other abusive activity
• Remove notices, reverse engineer restricted parts of the Services, resell access without permission, or interfere with billing or entitlement systems

The Services may link to, rely on, or integrate with third-party websites, app stores, AI models, APIs, cloud platforms, analytics tools, payment processors, and communication services.

We are not responsible for third-party services, content, terms, policies, outages, or decisions. You may need to comply with their rules when using related features.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is a violation of these Terms, risk to users, security issue, legal requirement, payment failure, fraud, or operational concern.

Termination may result in loss of access to accounts, credits, subscriptions, projects, outputs, and other data, subject to applicable law and marketplace rules.

The Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose.

AI outputs require human review. We do not guarantee originality, legal clearance, commercial suitability, factual accuracy, or platform approval of any output.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veyra AI, Simple Strategy Consulting LLC, affiliates, contractors, licensors, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to liability.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Veyra AI, Simple Strategy Consulting LLC, affiliates, contractors, licensors, service providers, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from your content, use of the Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be identified by updating the date above or providing additional notice where required.
